We know you probably have many questions! Especially if you have never had a personal trainer before. Provided are some answers to commonly asked questions by our prospects and clients.
What should I expect when arriving for training at in-home gym?
Since our gym is located in our residential garage, you may enter directly through our garage door or enter through the front door if its an extremely hot day and we are actively keeping the garage cold. We do have some furry family members so you are likely to make an acquaintance!
Is there parking?
Luckily, our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are many parking areas available!

How is my fitness tracked?
We currently use EverFit, a mobile application that allows two-way communication on fitness progress, custom fitness programming updated weekly, and provides a visual overview and demonstrations of different types of workouts.
How do I schedule my consultation?
We use Vagaro as our main scheduling platform. You can schedule your consultation under Book via the Vagaro scheduling tool. You must have a consultation before paying or scheduling a fitness package.
What can I expect during my consultation?
During your consultation, we will sit down to understand your fitness goals, fitness history, and any other information necessary to know before we build your program. From there, we will conduct a fitness assessment (don't worry, its not intense!) to gauge your flexibility, strength, and composition. The consultation typically takes an hour. At the end of your consult, we will discuss payment options based on your fitness program duration.
